in international PASS conference on 2006. His certification and affiliations includes MCP, PMP, and CDMP.

Rajib Bahar is a Business Intelligence architect with RBA consulting. His previous experiences include Cargill, AgriBank and WolterSkluwer. Before becoming BI architect he was one of the top ranked Midwest DOT net developers. He also served on the board of directors for PASSMN.

Irina Hossain is a Senior DBA at icSystems. She has a Masters degree in EE and she is a doctoral candidate in Computer Engineering at Wayne State University. She has also co-founded both ICSQL and BDPASS.
